Care plans and maintenance plans to suit you

We have 3 aftercare plans available, all these plans include direct contact with an engineer to solve any issues or upgrades that your require. 


This includes 2 hours remote upgrade and maintenance monthly within business hours for you to utilize. In the event that you require more lighting scenes or wish to include a new streaming service. We can remotely access your system and perform any tweaks you want. In case you have added a new device and require its programming carried out, we can do this for you. 


We can carry out 10 hours of multiple remote changes and repairs to your system during business hours a month. Let’s say you decide to host a party at your home or business and would like a defined preset of actions to occur alongside designated time table. We can set the lighting, music, video, heating or air conditioning to the day of your function. This is a must for businesses who undergo multiple changes and have their own onsite engineers carrying out changes as the business grows. 


This is our highest level of care provided. Our team are here to provide remote 24×7 support. Expert engineers will react to a strict SLA of 10 minutes to engage and communicate on an incident or upgrade. You will be supplied with the current on-call engineers number and be able to interact with them to get the problem resolved at pace. Our engineers have a long serving experience in dealing with high level faults. We can arrange engineers to arrive on-site to carry out hardware faults and swap outs.
