We might have to run wires throughout the building and while it’s being built/renovated, it will give us many options and ways how this can be done and enough time to do so. Another reason we must be told as soon as is if we need to provide ventilation or electrical requirements.

If all of the walls are plastered up, we are unable to fully survey all points. This means when we do have to run cables, we might have to cut parts of the plasterboard out to run cables. With different systems, wireless can be used.
